Quick Cappuccino

Do you want that cappuccino at home but don't have a cappuccino maker? Well I have a quick solution for you.

Quick Cappuccino

Ingredients:

Fresh brewed coffee
Coffee Creamer (like Coffeemate or International Delight)

1. Brew your coffee the way you would usually do it. You may want to make it a little stronger.

2.Pour a generous amount of coffee creamer into your coffee cup.



3. Next, take a fork & whip the cream in the cup until nice & frothy. About a minute or two. (Sorry about the picture, I don't know why it turned out this way.)





4. Pour you hot coffee right into the cup immediately after whipping cream. You should have a nice little foam on the top of your coffee. Top with a little cinnamon & enjoy.

The Birthday Girl The Divas The cake. The one I worked long & hard on. It was made from scratch. I'm talking everything except the edible picture. We sang, the candles were blown out, the cake was cut & distributed. Then the food critic voice her opinion loud & clear. "I don't like this cake." She set the trend for the rest of the group. They slowly brought their plates back to the table one after the other. It was like the march of the penguins. Who do they think they are Gordon Ramsey? Count Down to Vacation

The mood in my house this week is excitement. We all are preparing for our departure to Myrtle Beach. Call us crazy for driving. The 12 hour trip shouldn't be so bad, we are breaking it up over 2 days. Today we took a trip to the post office to stop the mail & then headed out to Walmart. Last minute things to pick up, like flip-flops for my son. He is into Ironman this year & found a pair of flip-flops with Ironman on them. "Mom, can I get them?" he asked. Of course he could get them. He couldn't find a pair in his size. Why? They don't make mens shoes with Marvel super heros. This is when reality set in. My baby is growning up toooooo fast.
